James Hill began his career in August 2004 as an insurance agent in Redmond, Washington. Eight months later James joined the accounting team and immediately became instrumental in making tremendous advances in virtually every department and in all areas of the business. He earned a promotion to Assistant Chief Financial Officer in 2005.

 

In one seven month period in 2006, James led an operational mission that doubled the number of Affiliate offices. This led to a promotion to Director of Agency Development and a seat on the Board of Directors. In 2007, James earned a promotion to Director of Operations and in 2009, James became Vice President of Operations.

James earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Finance from Washington State University.  James enjoys golfing, reading business books, and watching sports.
