Nick Lorence

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Nick graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Business Management. After moving to Las Vegas to pursue different career options, Nick joined American Income Life in December of 2007.

After four months with AIL, Nick was promoted to Master General Agent, then was given the opportunity to open his own office in Provo, Utah, at his very first AO Leadership Conference. It was in Provo that he mentored many great future leaders, including AIL Million Dollar Club member Mark Neilson. This success led to additional offices in Utah, Idaho, and California. Within two and a half years, Nick was a Regional General Agent and AO Board of Directors member, and then was called to lead offices in Washington state, first in Redmond and most recently in Tacoma.

In his 10 years with AO, Nick has been in charge of 11 different offices and has achieved the highest position available to managers, Vice President of Sales. He has been selected to the AO Board of Directors on multiple occasions, and has led the company in growth as both a Master General Agent and Regional General Agent – including “RGA of the Year” for 2017. What he finds most rewarding about AIL is watching the people he trains grow to be better than himself.

“This new opportunity is all about growth, promotions, culture, and family. We have a people first mentality, and that means we are going to train incredibly well and give individuals a chance to make more money than they have ever made before,” Nick says. “At the same time, all the families that we help will be protected on the worst day of their life.
