Obtaining insurance license
Federal, State and Provincial law require that all
client insurance representatives obtain a Life and Disability/Accident/Sickness
license in order to sell insurance. Our Study for Success program prepares
them for this exam.
Study for Success is a 1-3 week study timeline. We provide
guidance, practice tests, and study sessions. Study for Success supplements
the materials provided by the state/provincial school.
In addition, a coach works closely with a
client's new hires
and monitors their progress throughout the licensing process.
Exceptional hands-on training
Once the new hire passes the licensing exams, it's time to
learn and understand insurance, clients and sales skills. Our three week Success
Training program and four month sales training accomplishes just that.
The following four months of sales training provide
the client's new associates
with experience, working with real life AIL new and returning clients.

and it consistently creates successful business men and women, regardless of their level
of previous experience.
