Chad Deley started with Altig/AIL in June of 2002 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Eight months later, Chad was promoted to Supervising Agent and after his ninth month with the company was promoted to Master General Agent. After being appointed to director of Manitoba, Chad and his team led Manitoba to a phenomenal 53% growth in 2004 and established Manitoba as the territory with the highest sales per capita in all of American Income. In April of 2004 Chad was appointed to the position of Regional General Manager and was given responsibility for the province of Saskatchewan and the state of Minnesota. Chad's team led Saskatchewan to 23% growth in 2004. In July of 2005 Chad was promoted to State General Agent partner with Rick Altig in the states of Minnesota and Iowa. He also now sits on the Board of Directors for Altig. Before joining Altig, Chad was a welder/fitter and was heavily involved in Canada's largest private sector union. Chad is deeply proud of his roots and is committed to the advancement of workers everywhere, continuing his involvement in labor. Chad currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He enjoys world travel and sports, and has a great deal of interest in history and politics. Chad is known for his favorite quote by William Jennings Bryan, "Destiny is not a matter of chance; it is a matter of choice, it is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be achieved." |
