Ilija Orlovic joined Altig in 1996 as an Associate in Training. Within seven months, he was appointed to a Supervisor and then Manager. His Regional promotion was approved in 1999, when he took over responsibility for the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. During 2000, Alberta, Northern Ontario, Ottawa and Quebec were added to his territory. Ilija was also appointed Canadian Operations Manager in 2000 and joined the Altig Executive Council. As the Canadian Operations Manager, Ilija's leadership team increased sales in Canada by 33% in 2000 and 34% in 2001. Also in 2001, he became responsible for sales in Minnesota and Hawaii. In 2002, after six years of successful, record-breaking leadership, Ilija was appointed to Vice President and Chief Director of Sales. He immediately influenced sales growth across Altig with a 46% increase in 2002. During Mr. Orlovic's career, he has developed many of Altig's finest leaders, appointing over 30 managers and breaking every sales and production record (including some of their own!). Mr. Orlovic was born and raised in Budva, Montenegro and immigrated to Canada in 1994. He presently lives in Washington with his wife, Sonja, and their children. Ilija serves on the board of his local church. He holds a B.B.A. in International Business Management from IFAM in Paris, France. |
