Rob Hay joined Altig in March of 2000, and was promoted to Supervising Agent within three months. He qualified for the prestigious Founder's Club in July of 2000. Shortly thereafter, he earned his General Agent contract and began directing the Winnipeg office operations. Rob then moved to Crystal, MN where he was promoted to Master General Agent. Based on his success in Crystal, the provinces of British Columbia and Quebec, and States of Washington and Oregon were added to his responsibilities. Under Rob's leadership British Columbia had its record year in 2002. In January of 2004 Rob was promoted to Director of Sales and then later that year became partner with Rick Altig in the state of Virginia. Rob Hay currently sits on the Board of Directors, serving as the Director of Sales for Altig. Rob Hay graduated from Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba with a degree in Commerce Industry and Marketing. Before joining Altig, Rob traveled in Europe and Africa, and enjoyed a career in the restaurant industry. Rob Hay now lives in Glen Allen, Virginia with his wife, Julia and their two children, Karsten and Ella. Rob Hay enjoys fishing and paint balling. |
