Business Builder Pathway

  1. Regional Producer

    Qualification

    Personally recruit and code one new agent or make 10 sales in a month and train and code one new agent.

    Expectations

    • Minimum 10 sales per month
    • Actively recruit, code and add at least 1 new agent per month
    • Lead by example in training Opportunity Unlimited
    • Always have 5 agents coded

    Compensation

    All of your personal recruits can be coded to you.

    You will receive:

    • 25% – up to 25% of what your agents receive on their 1st $15,000 ALP; and 4.2% thereafter
    • 125% – up to 125% of your agents’ World’s Greatest Bonus in their first three months, 25% thereafter
    • 16.7% – up to 16.7% of what your agents receive in monthly vested renewals.

    PLUS PERSONAL PRODUCTION COMPENSATION PLAN

    Projected Earnings

    What you earn annually with your 5:

    • 1 Sale per Week per Agent: $93,769
    • 2 Sales per Week per Agent: $231,112
    • 3 Sales per Week per Agent: $375,169

  2. CoExecutive Producer

    Qualification

    Have a total of five coded agents, mentor one of your associates to achieve their Regional Producer contract, and achieve a minimum of 10 sales in a month.

    Expectations

    • Minimum 10 sales per month
    • Actively recruit, code, and add a minimum of 1 new agent per month
    • Lead by example in training Opportunity Unlimited
    • Always have 5 agents coded

    Compensation

    All of your personal recruits can be coded to you.

    You will receive:

    • 35% – up to 35% of what your agents receive on their 1st $15,000 ALP; and 12.5% thereafter
    • 135% – up to 135% of your direct coded agents’ World’s Greatest Bonus in their first three months, 50% thereafter
    • 50% – up to 50% of your indirect coded agents’ World’s Greatest Bonus
    • 33% – up to 33% of what your agents receive in monthly vested renewals.

  3. Executive Producer

    Qualification

    Have a total of five directly coded agents, mentor one of your associates to achieve their CoExecutive Producer contract, and achieve a minimum of 10 sales in a month.

    Expectations

    • Personally be a qualified MGA Business Builder with a minimum per month of $10K in F6 Net, $20K Net or 2 codes in previous month
    • Add/Net 1 MGA Business Builder per year to your organization

    Compensation

    All recruits are coded directly to your hierarchy.

    You will receive:

    • 50% – up to 50% of what your directly coded agents receive on their 1st $15,000 ALP; and 25% thereafter
    • $250 – Executive Producers earn $250 per Personal Recruit from their Recruiting Agents within their first 90 days of tenure.
    • Executive Producers earn up to up to 180% of direct producers’ World’s Greatest Bonus in the first 4 months, up to 120% in months 5-11, up to 60% thereafter.
    • Executive Producers earn up to up to 120% of indirect producers’ World’s Greatest Bonus in the first 4 months, up to 90% in months 5-11, up to 60% thereafter.
    • 15% – up to 15% Growth Bonus on Executive Producer production
    • 100% of what your directly coded agents receive in monthly vested renewals.

    Qualification

    Expectations

    • Personally be an Executive Producer with a minimum per month of $10K in F6 Net, $20K Net or 2 codes in previous month
    • Maintain 1 to 5 Executive Producers
    • Add/Net 1 Executive Producer per year to your organization

    Compensation

    80% Chief Executive Producer Contract.

    You will receive:

    • 66.7% – up to 66.7% of what your 1st line Executive Producers receive in commissions
    • 105% – up to 105% of what your Executive Producers receive on their Leadership Bonus
    • 15% – up to 15% Growth Bonus on Chief Executive Producer Production
    • 50% – up to 50% of what your Executive Producers receive in monthly vested renewals

    • Add/Net 1 Executive Producer per year to your organization

    Compensation

    80% Chief Executive Producer Contract on your five PLUS 82.5% AO Partner Contract on each additional Executive Producer. Your Executive Producership needs to be hitting minimums (10K in F6 Net, 20K Net or 2 codes in the previous month) and have a Minimum of 6 direct Executive Producers hitting minimums.

    You will receive:

    • 100% – up to 100% of your 1st line Executive Producers’ commissions
    • 110% – up to 110% of what your Executive Producers receive on their Leadership Bonus
    • 15% – up to 15% Growth Bonus on Partner Production
    • 75% – up to 75% of what your Executive Producers receive in monthly vested renewals

    Compensation

    80% Chief Executive Producer Contract PLUS 82.5% AO Partner Contract on your next five PLUS AO Senior Partner contract on each additional Executive Producer. Your Executive Producership needs to be hitting minimums (10K in F6 Net, 20K Net or 2 codes in previous month) and maintain a Minimum of 11 direct Executive Producers hitting minimums.

    You will receive:

    • 133% – up to 133% of what your 1st line Executive Producers receive on 1st year commissions
    • 117.5% – up to 117.5% of what your Executive Producers receive on their Leadership Bonus
    • 15% – up to 15% Growth Bonus on Senior Partner Production
    • 100% – up to 100% of what your Executive Producers receive in monthly vested renewals
