QUALIFICATION
Personal recruit and code one new agent or make 10 sales in a month and train and code one new agent.

 

COMPENSATION

All of your personal recruits can be coded to you.

 

You will receive:

  • 16.7% - up to 16.7% of what your agents receive in monthly vested renewals. Plus, you continue to receive renewals from former agents just as if they had stayed with the Company.

  • 25% - up to 25% of what your agents receive on their 1st $15,000 ALP; and 4.2% thereafter

  • 125% - up to 125% of your agents' World’s Greatest Bonus in their first three months, 25% thereafter

PLUS PERSONAL PRODUCTION COMPENSATION PLAN

EXPECTATIONS

  • Minimum 10 sales per month

  • Actively recruit, code and add at least 1 new agent per month 

  • Opportunity Unlimited schedule every week

  • Lead by example in training Opportunity Unlimited

  • Always have 5 agents coded

 

GENERAL AGENT

QUALIFICATION
Have a total of five directly coded agents and mentor one of your associates to achieve their SA contract and achieve a minimum of 10 sales in a month.

 

COMPENSATION

All of your personal recruits can be coded to you.

 

You will receive:

  • 33% - up to 33% of what your agents receive in monthly vested renewals. Plus, you continue to receive renewals from former agents just as if they had stayed with the Company.

  • 35% - up to 35% of what your agents receive on their 1st $15,000 ALP; and 12.5% thereafter

  • 135% - up to 135% of your direct coded agents’ World’s Greatest Bonus in their first three months, 50% thereafter

  • 50% - up to 50% of your indirect coded agents’ World’s Greatest Bonus

PLUS PERSONAL PRODUCTION COMPENSATION PLAN

EXPECTATIONS

  • Minimum 10 sales per month

  • Actively recruit, code, and add a minimum of 1 new agent per month

  • Opportunity Unlimited schedule every week

MASTER GENERAL AGENT

Mentor one of your associates to achieve their GA contract 

 

COMPENSATION

All recruits are coded directly to your hierarchy.

You will receive:

  • 100% of what your directly coded agents receive in monthly vested renewals. Plus, you continue to receive renewals from former agents just as if they had stayed with the Company.

  • 50% - up to 50% of what your directly coded agents receive on their 1st $15,000 ALP; and 25% thereafter

  • New MGAs in their first year will earn 150% of direct coded agents' World's Greatest Bonus in their first three months, 85% thereafter

  • Veteran MGAs will earn up 115% on direct coded agents in their first three months, 65% thereafter

  • Veteran MGAs will earn 15% of production growth as Quarterly MGA Growth Bonus

    • Eligible for an extra 25% of growth as a kicker

  • 20% - up to 20% production Growth Bonus

  • $250 - MGAs earn $250 per Personal Recruit from their Recruiting Agents within their first 90 days of tenure.

  • 75% - up to 75% of what your MGAs receive in monthly vested    renewals

  • 110% - up to 110% of your MGA Leadership Bonus

  • 110% - up to 110% of your MGA Growth Bonus

  • 100% - up to 100% of your 1st line MGAs commissions
